It seems like a given now, but as a kid I could have never imagined a day when a cartoon would ever be a smash network TV show. Coming off this success as a segment on “The Tracy Ulman Show,” FOX built its first new network around Sunday with “The Simpsons,” “In Living Color,” and “Married With Children.” I don’t think I missed a Sunday until I was in high school.
