How did you first get started in modeling?

I was at a club in NYC an someone asked me if I had ever thought about modeling and I laughed, it had never even crossed my mind. He gave me his card and I didnt really pay any mind to it. About 6 months later I was doing a deep cleaning in my apt I found hihs card. I decided to give him a call and he said that night they were having a casting for 4 girls for a Shaggy video. I went and got one of the main roles. It just kind of took of after that……

Tell me what makes you sexy…

I would say my personality and the fact that I am a very confident, driven and independant woman. Everyone and anyone can be a pretty face nowadays, but to be trully sexy you have to shine from the inside out!!!!!

What separates you as a model?

My business sense. I take this as a REAL job and a business. To make it in this industry you not only have to be talented but you have to really, live, breathe, sleep and dedicate your life to it!!!!!!

What are some of the projects you’ve had a chance to be a part of?

I’ve done a little bit of everything, commercials and tv shows for MTV, Lifetime, WE TV and Si TV, music videos for artist like Jay-Z, Lloyd Banks, Nore feat. Busta rhymes, Jadakiss feat. Neyo, and campaigns for mags and brands like Dr. Jays, Laced, Sugarwater, XXL, Latina, Mob Candy, Vibe, and recently I got my own comic book with a character based on me !!!!!!!

With all the shoots you’ve done, which ones have been your most memorable?

Each and everyone had been memorable, I try to take every experience with me and learn from it!!!!!

What’s the biggest misconception people may have about you?

Well a lot of people think that models arent smart right.. some others that were stuck up and vain…but I dont really worry about misconceptions. Once people get to know me they see what im all about. I try to be as transaparent as posible.

What’s the easiest thing a guy (hell even a girl..wink wink!) can do to get your attention? And keep it?

A couple of things, be confident, smart and funny…in my eyes confidence is the most attractive trait on anyone and I really love people that have a good sense of humor. There’s nothing in this world that better than laughing!!!!

What part of your body are you most complimented on?

Mmm…. I dunno what do you think??

What part do I need to compliment you on to have a chance?

I like when people compliment on my personality and spirit more than my body…I feel thats what really takes a good amount of work and time, your inner self !!!! But of course I also love when people tell me I have a nice smile, and eyes!!!!!!

Tell me the sexiest date I can take you on under $50…because we are in a recession lol?

I know right, times are hard, but its only a matter of getting creative. When its super cold just rent a romantic movie and get some popcorn and maybe some hot cocoa. There’s no better excuses for getting cozy!!!! And when it gets a little warmer I love having picnics in the beach or park, just get a blanket a nice bottle of wine and snacks and ur set!!!!!

For 2009 to be the perfect year, what goals would you need to accomplish?

I am a very ambitious girl so this 2009 I got more than a few resolutions and projects …..

Right now Im really getting into acting, so I will be working really hard on that!!! And since October of 2008 I’ve been co hosting the show “Latinas On The Run” so this year i’ll try my best to make the show even bigger. Plus I got a couple of other projects in the works so stay tuned cause I got a few surprises coming up!!!!

Business wise I will make sure that my company “Revival Models” stays on top of this game and I’m working on an online vintage store called “Irma’s Closet” named after my moms closet, since I remember she had the sickest clothes growing up!!!!! As you can see its only the beginning of the year and I already got my hands full :)

And most importantly, how long are we going to have to wait to have you shoot for The Dynasty Series?

I do this fulltime so just let me know when and where and im down!!
