Fitness is most important to me when it comes to modeling. Im so strict with making sure I stay in shape, workout and eat as healthy as I possibly can. It helps to clear my head but mostly to feel great about my body and how hard I work. I work out about 5-6 days a week with intense cardio and lifting. I feel great when I see results and how much more confident I am in my photos. Its not a diet, its a lifestyle that Ive gotten use to and I love it!
