Many times models expect to set the world on fire immediately. But VERY rarely does that happen. No one really wants work at stardom. They assume is going to fall in their lap. That’s the first mistake we see time and time again, and it’s a mistake Vanessa never fell victim too.

I first was introduced to Vanessa when her membership site VanessaVeasley.com debuted with the help of Summerbunnies years ago. A common oversight in running a membership site is the inordinate amount of shooting that must be done to have new content every single week. If you want people to pay you every month, they expect you to give them something every month! And that was never issue for her.

She quickly turned her success on the internet and with fans into spreads in Smooth, Blackmen, King, and the premiere issue of SHOW, where she could go on to become the Editor. Her issue of SHOWCase with Laura Dore may be the most popular and scanned issue of any mag I’ve ever seen.

Her music video leads include Lil Wayne’s “Lollipop,” UGK’s “International Players Anthem,” Kanye’s “Wouldn’t Get Far,” and Willy Northpole’s “#1 Side Chick.”

Vanessa’s has become a mainstay here on DynastySeries (and being 20 minutes from me sure helps! Lol) and is also is the new host for King-Mag TV.
