Top 25 of the Decade – Lashontae Heckard

I love Lashontae. Tae (as her friends call her) is one of the funniest, most down to earth people I have met. I’ve been on set with her on the movie ATL and on a few photo shoots in Miami with Ethnicity Models and every time she is a guaranteed riot. Besides being extremely funny she is absolutely gorgeous. Even without makeup Tae will always stop traffic.

Tae’s done a bunch of lead roles in videos with the likes of Busta Rhymes, Kanye and Neyo as well as landing roles in ATL and a recurring role on the tv show The Game. Her smooth cover is a classic, and she has one of the most memorable Blackmens SSX spreads to date.

In the early to mid 2000 there was a stint where the Asian/Black model was really sought after; a large part of this was due to Tae Heckard. Her ethnic yet diverse look really changed the game. She currently resides in Los Angeles and is still pursuing her acting career.
