Where exactly are you these days? Because Lord knows I can never catch
up with you lol

[Laughing] So true! I’ve lived in Philly, ATL, and multiple cities in South Florida. Now I’m in Los Angeles. I’ve needed to make this move for a while now, my position at SHOW made it necessary. It’s growing on me. I still travel a lot though. That will NEVER stop.

And while we’re talking about SHOW, what’s your role in the magazine these days?

I am Editor now. I’ve know Sean Cummings(publisher) since his editor days, and I’ve been a part of SHOW since the begining(I was featured in the Premier Issue) so It feels really good to be a part of the company.

Outside of your magazine spreads, you’ve got a extensive video resume…most notably in the “Lollipop” video from Lil Wayne. How did that come about?

I had wanted to work with Gil Green for a while, and when he landed the Lollipop video, he called to see I I was available to come to LA and be a part of the project. Ironically, I was already in Vegas doing stunt training on horses so it worked out perfect!

You were also the oily body in the Kanye West “Amazing” video. What are your thoughts on the outcome of the video?

It was a great experience. Laura Dore(aka Sweetie Cyanide) and I were the only models flown out. Since we are close friends, it was like a mini vacation for us. The island of Kauai was breathtaking. The weather however was not on our side for our actual shoot day(Day after Kanye’s),so our scenes were very limited. I think the video turned out beautiful, and I hope to work with Hype again in the future. He is an amazing director.

Are there any big videos on the horizon?

I just shot a video for “#1 Side Chick” by Willy NothPole featuring Bobby Valentino. It was Directed by Taj Stansberry who is the hottest director on the rise. I play Willy’s undeserving, spoiled girlfriend who is reaping all the benefits of his success. Dollicia Bryant(XXL Eye Candy of the Year) plays his side girl who has always held him down and should be in my shoes. That set was a blast.

Willy is a riot! He had me cracking up all day, and it was an 18 hour shoot so I really needed that. I went to school with Bobby Valentino so it was great to see him and catch up. I’ve always been a fan of Dollica’s beauty, but now I respect her as an actress. She really had to deliver in a few of the scenes she had, and she nailed it! It was awesome to work with her.

My favorite part of the day was the scene we shot on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. It’s not everyday you get to have that street to yourself[Laughing]. It felt just like the movie Pretty Woman(without the whole hooker part)

What are your biggest assets as a model?

My tenacity and self reliance. I didn’t have a lot of people who believed in me on this journey, so I learned to go it alone. I never had a rich husband, Internet architect on my jock, eccentric billionaire model groopie in my pocket, or industry person opening doors for me.

I had to hustle, promote myself, do my research, and make it happen. I had to hit the pavement and beat down doors until eventually they opened. If I had to to it again I wouldn’t change a thing.

How has that kind of national exposure changed your career?

I guess exposure really just means freedom for me. I’ve worked really hard for everything I’ve done, I’m a proven entity and it feels good now to not have to take every gig that comes across me just because I need the money. When you are supporting yourself as a Glamour model full-time, It is a major milestone when you reach the point were you can be very selective, and have a voice asserting your own creative ideas.

You’ve been hosting alot of parties recently around the country, how is it to interact with your fans?

I have the best fans on the f*ckin planet! For real. I often sit and trade stories with other models and realize how good I have it. Most of my fans have seen how far I’ve come and how hard I work and for that they respect me. They just feel happy for me and are super supportive. My beauty is magnified by my approachability.

I don’t act like a diva or princess that is untouchable like some models. Women like that have the most stalkers and weirdos among their fans in my opinion. You’d have to have a screw loose to still be a fan of a chick that can’t even shake your hand, or come down from VIP to take a picture.[Laughing] I don’t even like staying in VIP the whole time when I host a party. I’ll get out on the dance floor and get the party started, go chill by the DJ booth, and scout beautiful girls for SHOW. Hosting events is one of my favorite things to do as a model.

What part of your body are you most complimented on?

My legs. I have thunder thighs! [Laughing]

What parts do I need to compliment you on to have a chance?

It isn’t the compliment as much as it is the source. If I am attracted to a guy, he doesn’t have to jump through hoops to get my attention.

Lets say I see you out and I know “this may be my chance”…what can I do not to f’ it all up?

The most important thing is not verbal. I am most flattered when I see a man take me in, and I can tell I have his attention and he is listening to what I have to say, not just waiting to talk…

And most importantly, how long are we going to have to wait to have you shoot for The Dynasty Series?
