Candy Shop Presents Sally Ferreira
There is a lot more to the very lovely and exotic Sally Ferreira, than just meets the eye. Her resume is very extensive. Working with everybody from Jay Z, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Keisha Cole, Missy Elliot, to Aventura, Don Omar, and many more. This Dominican beauty, by way of Queens, NY, has really made a name for herself, not only in the US, but, also, in the Latin World, as well. She recently shined in the show ‘Model Latina NYC’ (Which is the Latin version of ‘America’s Next Top Model’). Candy Shop recently got a chance to sit down with the multi talented bombshell.
Candy Shop: So, you recently starred in the upcoming Kanye West (Feat Jay Z, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross) “Monster Video”. Tell us about that experience. Sally: To be honest, I’ve worked with tons of artists in the past, but, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had on a video set. It’s like the new generation of “Thriller” by Michael Jackson. I don’t want to give too much away, but, the people are really gonna be satisfied with the final cut. It felt like we were filming a movie, instead of a video. I got to play 4 characters, and, I can’t wait til the public experiences this beautiful work of art.
Candy Shop: Are you working on any other projects that you would like to let your fans know about? Sally: Yes. At the moment, I’m working on a motion picture. Now, I can’t give too much away, but, I will say that it’s a horror film, and, in 3 D. Candy Shop: With all the work that you’ve done, what is your ultimate goal? Sally: My ultimate goal is to be a successful actress, and, serve as an example for future generations of talented women.
Candy Shop: What’s the worst experience you’ve ever had on a set? Sally: The very first time I did a video was a really bad experience, but, it turned out being a positive thing. I got picked as a feature right on the spot, and, some of the girls got jealous. I was in compete schock, when one of the girls literally tripped me. Lol. I was so upset, but, I kept it professional, and, made the best of the situation. I ended up getting a really good look in the video, and, that’s why I always say, “Kill them with success”. Candy Shop: Watching your career blossom, I know you’ve always talked about important issues, such as health and education. Tell us a little more about that, and, do you plan to get personally involved? Sally: Absolutely! I feel that as an artist, it’s a must that we use our influence to better certain situations. I recently did an ad campaign for AIDS awareness, which, I’m very proud of. I also plan on starting my own foundations. The first one I can personally relate to it, because it happened to me. I was in an abusive relationship, and, thank God, I was able to walk away from that, but, there’s many girls out there, who aren’t as lucky and don’t have that opportunity to walk away, so, I want to open up a home for these women to have somewhere to go. There’s also many other issues that I want to and will attack in the future.
Candy Shop: Now, it’s time to get a little personal. Are you 100% natural? Sally: Yes, I am actually. LOL. 100% Natural! I am definitely playing with the cards that God dealt me. Candy Shop: How do you feel about all the fake boobs and butt injections these days? Sally: Oh Jesus! LOL. I feel that if you want to enhance your body in any way, it should be done for yourself, not, for society or anybody else. Candy Shop: I know the fellas would love to know what is your type of man? Sally: Physical isn’t everything, but, you definitely have to have good teeth. Good sense of humor goes a very long way with me. You have to keep me smiling. Over all, I need a man, who makes me feel loved and protected. Candy Shop: Is Miss Sally single? Sally: I plead the fifth!
Candy Shop: What are your biggest turn ons and turn offs? Sally: Turn offs would be bad breath, or, an overly cocky man. Please, don’t try to impress me. Turn ons? Hmmm? Somebody who’s humble, and, down to earth, who can stimulate my mind. I’ll just leave it at that. Candy Shop: Thank you for taking the time to sit down with us.
